Our Story
Litchfield Vo & Associates was founded in 2024 by Larry Litchfield, EA and Chi Vo, CPA, who first met early in their accounting careers. They worked closely together during those early years, building a strong professional respect for one another before each pursued different paths in the industry — Larry developing deep expertise across individual and business taxation while taking on leadership roles, and Chi ventured into the corporate accounting world.
After more than five years of separate experience, the two reconnected in 2024. What began as a professional catch-up quickly turned into a shared vision: a firm built around high-quality work, meaningful client relationships, and a modern, collaborative approach to accounting services.
That vision became Litchfield, Vo & Associates LLC a firm grounded not only in expertise, but in accuracy, consistent communication, and the kind of personal service that clients value year after year.
Today, LVA provides a full range of tax, bookkeeping, and advisory services to individuals, families, and businesses across Massachusetts and beyond. While the firm is new, the foundation behind it comes from decades of combined experience and a long-standing professional connection built on trust, integrity, and a shared commitment to helping clients succeed.

Larry brings more than 14 years of experience across a range of industries, helping companies and individuals navigate intricate tax challenges. Known for his hands-on approach, he has a particular expertise in supporting new businesses and high-net-worth individuals, offering guidance on sophisticated tax reporting strategies.
He ensures compliance while optimizing tax outcomes, delivering personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. He translates complex tax regulations into clear, actionable strategies.
Chi Vo, CPA, MSA
Chi has over 14 years of experience in both public and private accounting, specializing in bookkeeping and tax services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, and is highly proficient in QuickBooks. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to building close, trusted client relationships, she takes a practical and solutions-focused approach to her work. Chi holds a Master of Science in Accounting and is affiliated with Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, traveling, and working on DIY home projects with her husband and their two children.
